We've loved everything we've tried from your place. We first preferred a variety box in advance and later stopped by to get a couple pieces of our favorite cake. The little trailer is next to a taco truck and a coffee & flowers truck. For sure conditioning and parking we went to the nearby Burnet Go To for cold brew.

What a unique addition to the area - a Swedish pastry truck! This truck is so charming with delicious pastries but can sell out fast. Next time I’ll come with a friend so I can justify getting the sampler. You can also grab coffee on the same grounds at Cheri for the perfect morning.

Chill spot off burnet, walkable from Brentwood. Tried one of each, the apple brown and almond Tosca were my favorites but all of the pastries were delicious. Will be back.

One review on yelp wasn’t good enough, I have to give this place a review on google as well. I’m so mad that didn’t take any pictures of pastries!! My wife and I had stopped by Cheri’s flowers and coffee and saw this place in the same lot as them so we decided to stop by and have some treats and that was the best decision ever! The owner was so kind and helpful in explaining how the menu works and he was a few options on there that never change and two that are always rotating. We ended up ordering the two rotating pastries The Apple Brown & The Mighty Morgan which the owner explained to us was “The Mighty Morning” in Swedish. They had to be some of if not the best pasties I’ve ever tasted. The apple brown was this beautiful blend of screeches and applesauce that worked so well together and the might Morgan was An amazing combination of carrots, flax & chia seeds with several other ingredients. I could see myself sitting here for a while reading a book, enjoying my coffee and pastries. The owner was seriously so amazing, he told us how every morning he bakes everything fresh to have them ready for the day and was so sincere when he spoke about his baking. Whether you stop by to

I had the sampler and I CANNOT decide which I preferred. They were ALL so delicious. I’m definitely going to be repeating the Pear Cardamom Bundt Cake, Apple Brown Bundtie, and Swedish Tosca Almond Cake. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Really the best pasties I have had in a long time. Treat yourself to some deliciousness.
